The console is unfinished and can be stained to suit your preference. Teak is a dense, tight-grain wood, so using a special teak sealer or stain is recommended for best result but it is not required.

Can I stain this? I assume so given the variety of outdoor gel stains available on the market. We may end up useing it its natural state, but it’s nice to know my options in advance.
