Thank you for your question. All of the fabrics used by Woodard are considered outdoor rated fabrics and thus appropriate to use outdoors. I'm not sure that any fabric......no matter who makes it actually repels dust. You still have to take care of it but not like you would an indoor cushion.
The grades are a result of the fiber costs, difficulty in making the fabric or if more fabric is needed to make a cushion because of a pattern repeat. This is all reflected in a higher grade and thus a higher cost. But all grades are good quality and appropriate to use outside. Does this help?
