The difference between the grades is the complexity of manufacturing, volume of fabric made and repeats of the fabric design that will causes it to be a little scrap when making the cushions. It does not have to do with the quality of the fabric. The higher the letter (A cheaper than B) the more expensive the cushions are to make.
