You are welcome to send photos to help@outdoorfurnitureplus.com. Please include a photo of the "Woodard" logo on the back of your chair. If your chairs are not Woodard Chairs, these slings will not work for you. These will not work on chairs that were purchased at a big box store as those are imports with slings that are not replaceable. When you sent the photos, please include what items you own and the dimensions of the sling. We are happy to help.
