Hi and thank you for your question. ADA is not a guarantee that we make but the manufacturer has given to this table. It has to do with the ratio of the size of the base and the size of the table top.
In regard to availability, we can check on that for you on Monday but they ship from the midwest. Where is it going? Do you need it by a specific date.
