Teak oil is not always needed on teak products. If you like the light natural finish of teak, you will want to use a teak protector like the ones that we offer. If you add a teak oil to your teak furniture it will change the color to a dark color and totally change the look of your furniture. It's totally fine to do but it's not necessary. But if you do decide to apply we recommend using a true teak oil.
